Return support is available for eligible order-related issues as per the policy below.
To request return support, please share your Order ID and clear photos/video (if required).
IMPORTANT: Return requests must be raised within 7 Days of delivery.

When Return Support Is Applicable
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Return Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Verification may require photos/video evidence
Resolution Process
- After verification, we may offer: Replacement / Refund / Exchange
- Final resolution is subject to verification and company decision
Not Covered Under Return Support
- Issues reported after product usage
- Manufacturing defects (covered under Warranty Claim)
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase by the customer
Important Clarification: Return Support and Warranty Support are two separate services. Warranty-related issues must be raised through the Warranty Claim process.
